If you do not have scientific credentials to access this page, you can read the info in this book, the second edition is better, because the first was published during the time when Remote Viewing had a secret project running, and not all the names in the book could be identified.
In the second edition, published after the 1995 public revelation that the top secret program had existed, there is more specific detail as to who did what.
