CRV - Controlled Remote Viewing
specifically the authentic CRV developed by Ingo Swann and Dr Hal E Puthoff, with the help of 100's of scientists and others.
ESP - Extra Sensory Perception
Psi/PSI - extra sensory perception, telepathy, precognition, and psychokinesis or telekinesis;

A second part to this book was never published.
After October 1972, Ingo returned to work with Dr. Hal E. Puthoff at Stanford SRI, and they continued researching and developing remote viewing until 1985.
The CIA partially funded the initial development of remote viewing until 1975, when they abandoned it.
From 1975 to 1995, several other U.S. government-funded agencies and at least one private citizen supported the project.
It was common for remote viewers to give demonstrations to politicians in Congress or other parts of the U.S. government to prove their usefulness and thus convince officials to fund the remote viewing project.
Between 1976 and 1985, Ingo Swann and Dr. Hal E. Puthoff, with the help of hundreds of scientists and others, developed authentic Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV).
Authentic CRV is the best system for training people to achieve the highest levels of performance, accuracy, and efficiency with Remote Viewing.
Thanks to Ingo Swann, along with Dr. Hal E. Puthoff and Russell Targ, remote viewing, and by extension, ESP, officially entered the realm of science.
The Outbounder Experiment played a fundamental role in the first scientific publication announcing Remote Viewing.
While RV was being publicly researched by the SRI, and Controlled Remote Viewing was being developed, a secret program was also underway to train military personnel in the use of CRV.
Some stories from this period remain secret, but among the public accounts is, for example, when Ingo Swann and Harold Sherman successfully explored the planet Uranus using RV.
Later Ingo, along with Tom McNear, Harold Sherman, Dr Paul H. Smith, and another, conducted RV sessions to explore what appear to be structures on the planet Mars.
Tom McNear was Ingo Swann's best student.
There is public video of Ingo doing underwater RV inside a submarine in "Project Deep Quest."
In the video above, "The Oral History of Remote Viewing," it is mentionned when Ingo successfully participated in an experiment in which he was to announce when the military secretly launched a missile.
Ingo detected this with his abilities and announced it with a one-second accuracy.

He proved that, in fact, Remote Viewing can not be shielded against.
In 1995, the CIA canceled the official Remote Viewing program.
In the documentary "The Real X-Files - America's Psychic Spies,"(1995) Ingo recounts helping to confirm and detail a location within the Soviet Union where humans were being tortured, and how that information was later used to eliminate the site.
Authentic Remote Viewing is not copyrighted and is now in the public domain and practice worldwide.
Remote Viewing is sometimes successfully used in criminal cases. It is also used to help find missing people.
